While staying in Lexington, Kentucky on our 5 year, 50 state road trip, we discovered that there were some new Thomas Dambo creations only 1.5 hours away at Bernheim Forest in Clermont.. Despite how narrowly we’d escaped with our lives the first time we’d encountered his creations, we decided to be 2019-03-15 There’s magic in the forests of Kentucky, magic and giants at Bernheim Forest! Just a half hour outside of Louisville sits 16,137 acres of woods, habitats, wildlife and lakes… and giants. The Forest Giants of Bernheim Forest are the jewels among beautiful, manicured woods with hiking, biking and scenery loops that will feed your soul. The "giants" at Bernheim Forest are truly a sight to see.
